Hi there! How are you? I am a brazilian teacher in action for over six years now. Teaching wasn´t always my profession but it has become the greatest channel for all I really needed in life: human interaction and constant learning. My experience with the language dates back to a time when my parents thought it was a different, but good idea, to invest in a language course. English was always very simple to me. It was a different path to understanding and making myself understood in a language that I already loved for its music and movies.

Graduated in Journalism from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), I also hold a Higher Diploma of Marketing Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Currently, I am a student of Pedagogy majoring in English/Portuguese languages. Regarding international experiences, I have lived in Dublin, Ireland, for two years. There, I had contact with all sorts of accents and could really experience the exchange of cultures among myself and people. What a feeling!

Studying about children´s development and their processes for learning are my biggest passions and I dedicate a great part of my work to the area. My experience is with all ages though! It´s not easy learning a second language but my job is helping you make that journey as pleasant as it can be!

“Isn’t it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive–it’s such an interesting world. It wouldn’t be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it?” - I might not know everything there is to know, but I definetly think it´s worth trying! That is a quote from the tv show "Anne with an E". I am extremely passionate about knowledge. Music, tv, movies, books and specially people! I believe we, as humans, were made to exchange experiences and learn! My free time is usually dedicated to studies and all those experiences I´ve mentioned. It´s impossible to rest a mind that wants to experience at all times!
